Russ Welch is an experienced Educational Specialist that has the ability and knowledge to work with struggling adolescents
and their families. He will do a complete family evaluation and
gather important information to help determine appropriate placement
for your son or daughter. Every child and family member is unique
in their talents, interests, and struggles. Every day there are
triumphs, failures, and learning experiences. When one child is
struggling, the whole family unit is affected. Emotions also have
a tendency to cloud judgment during the times of crisis. That is
why it is important to understand that the healing process is a
journey that will include all of the family.
